Our entry level model trims up to 210 lbs per hour (input), and retails for under $35K. it runs on 20 amps of single phase 110 volt power, only needs one operator and has a footprint of 4' X 4' which is smaller than any comparable machine. Our machine designs are batch style dry trimmers. They are easy to load and unload, require less maintenance than our competitors, and are designed for continuous operation. Our proprietary drum and blade design produces a gentle trimming action that improves on traditional machine trim quality and trims a wider range of flower sizes than most machines can. Large and small flowers together, improving finished yield quantity and reducing trim weight loss. Averaging around 12% loss. Some as low as 5%.(Depending on material quality). That, along with a variable drum RPM speed, allows the operator to tailor each batch, depending on material quality and the specific trim needed for that material. Better overall trim quality and yield, with less trim loss and less machine maintenance equals higher profits.
